Town Board Strikes Down Proposal

The Southampton Town Board declined the PDD proposal for a golf course and residential community in East Quogue. This ‘Planned Development District’ would have taken approximately 550 acres in East Quogue on the last undeveloped large tract of Pine Barrens in the Town.
